Restaurant Manager (m/f)

Job description

As the largest commercial gastronome, we operate 12 restaurants in Spain.

We are looking for a nation wide restaurant manager for our upcoming 6 restaurants in Germany.

Your tasks:

* Management and economic control of the all restaurants in Germany.

* Optimal personnel deployment planning

* Quality Management

* Control of personnel deployment planning as well as leading, motivating and developing service employees

* Operational work in the restaurants

* Execution of event arrangements & planning of events

* Control and compliance with food and service quality standards in close collaboration with the kitchen team

Your profile:

* You radiate calm and friendliness even in stressful situations

* You are a manager with charm and a personable demeanor who guarantees our guests an optimal visit experience

* You have very good knowledge of German

Type of position: full-time

Working hours: 40 hours per week.

Salary : 48.000 – 52.000 € ( yearly )
